Products

Although we strive for correct description, images and pricing on our website, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown in photos are exactly the same in real life.

Each handmade items may have slightly differences in paintings, stitches, straps, fabric, sizing etc. We promised to try our very best to maintain the best quality for every customers.

All handmade products are delicate and fragile, customers should handle with care to prevent damage by accident.

Pricing

All prices shown are in Hong Kong Dollar. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees when the package arrives in the destination country.

We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Processing time

Each handmade product can be completed within 14 days including quality assurance process.

Shipping

Shipping normally takes 7-14 days from Hong Kong. Shipping delays under special circumstances (e.g. City lockdown, flight restrictions etc.), additional days maybe needed. Customers may track their package with the tracking number we provided. Estimated delivery time is based on the purchase date, recipient's location, processing time and the delivery carrier, please refer to our blog for special updates.

Return & exchange

Handmade products were made specifically for each order placed and were carefully examined before shipment, therefore, our sales are final, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds.

Cancellation

Order cancellation is not available for customers. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if we do not have sufficient stock. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail after receiving your order.
